I love heliconias and waterfalls. The first time I saw Akaka falls, I was astonished. This is my hit on the first waterfall I ever saw. this painting is in the collection of a very lovely couple in Germany
Anna's PondI painted this from a dream, it pursued me. I had never been there, however at least twenty people that saw this painting told me it was Anna's Pond. I finished it in front of a gallery with an audience, when I put in the last little pink flower everyone took a deep breath and I knew I was finished.

Opaekaa Falls

Another beautiful waterfall. There’s a road called Opaekaa Falls road. You follow it for about two miles and you can view this double falls from a cliff on the opposite side of the river..great place to take a shower.
